What would you say to someone who’s on the fence about coaching with Stephanie?

    I would say sitting on the fence hurts. As long as you keep sitting there you will probably sit in your unresolved beliefs that are hidden. When we are working to make a change a lot of beliefs come up like the fear of “What if it doesn’t work?” or “Can I do this?” 

    If somehow you’ve been thinking about it and the universe has brought you two together,  I always say it’s usually divine timing. 

    And if you’re sick of the same thing repeating over and over in your life then it’s a great opportunity to actually do something that is going to bring you to the other side.

    The opportunity to invest in yourself is worth it.
