    My advice to anyone feeling hesitant is to go for it. Let yourself be open, listen to your body, and be completely honest with yourself. Stephanie has an incredible gift.     I would say sitting on the fence hurts. As long as you keep sitting there you will probably sit in your unresolved beliefs that are hidden. When we are working to make a change a lot of beliefs come up like the fear of “What if it doesn’t work?” or “Can I do this?”
